Who Loves You?
Who do you love most in the world?
Think of that person.
What do you love about them?
It feels so good when our brain is flooded with loving thoughts.
Now think about you.
If you didn't get the same experience it's time to change that.
Imagine if when you thought of yourself you could immediately go to what's awesome, right, and so great about YOU.
That level of self-love takes work. It's not automatic yet we beat ourselves up for not being able to do it. We beat ourselves up instead of practicing being nice.
One of the BEST weightloss tips I have for you is this: decide to think about yourself like the person who loves you most in the world does.
When you think you can't lose weight go immediately to thinking how the person who loves you would think. Use their loving thoughts until you have developed the skill to do it yourself.
I did it when I was losing 100lbs. The days I doubted myself I would think, “Well, if Chris thinks I am capable I probably am.” That was enough to get me out of my own self-imposed ruts.
