Tricks and Hacks for Easy Weightloss [REPLAY]

One of the best ways to lose weight is to make shit EASY to do.

I lost 100lbs after f-ing around with my weight all my damn life.

I finally quit trying to “change my life overnight” and figured out how to make the changes I could make and keep going.

When I weighed 250lbs I hated exercise, slept until the last possible minute, stayed up at night watching bullshit TV while eating ice cream, and honestly didn't do much of anything that was good for me.

To lose weight I was going to have to figure out how to become, well, a whole different human. LOL

I did it but it wasn't overnight. It also wasn't HARD AS FUCK. I did it with sane, commonsense changes.

    I am 4 days in the free course. Couldn’t figure out how to get the workbook. I listen to many videos these past few days. Feeling a little overwhelmed but fairly good. I’m 74 and have had the roux-en-y surgery nearly 18 yrs ago. The weight loss lasted 6-7 yrs then started going up I’ve gained nearly half of the 130 lbs I lost. I’ve had many more years of pills,diets then surgery, and name calling and hateful words against myself than probably most in this group. I’ve had many tears watching the videos, seeing myself in so many places as Corinne was talking. I’ve got a large spiral pad that I’m making my daily sheets on. I would like to know what this program costs. Is it a monthly cost? Yearly ? I really like the no bullshit attitude of Corinne. Thank you

    Hi Corrine, I am from South Africa and you have definitely inspired me. I start my diet every day after binging on a packet of sweets while watching tv. I recently had a heart attack and had to give up smoking “sad face” so have put on 8kg. I have yoyo dieted all my adult life and now I am going to try and do the real thing and follow in your foot steps. Would love to take part on the 23rd but am sure will here all about it.
