One of the best ways to lose weight is to make shit EASY to do.
I lost 100lbs after f-ing around with my weight all my damn life.
I finally quit trying to “change my life overnight” and figured out how to make the changes I could make and keep going.
When I weighed 250lbs I hated exercise, slept until the last possible minute, stayed up at night watching bullshit TV while eating ice cream, and honestly didn’t do much of anything that was good for me.
To lose weight I was going to have to figure out how to become, well, a whole different human. LOL
I did it but it wasn’t overnight. It also wasn’t HARD AS FUCK. I did it with sane, commonsense changes.
