-How does membership differ from the free course and podcast?

-I have over 100 lbs to lose and am having voices in my head that says I’m going to be awesome someday. I’m working on changing that to “I am awesome today” and I’m working on it, etc. do you have a ladder thought between the unicorn and the shitty diaper?

    How many snacks should we allow ourself a day?

      As many as you want but only eat if you are actually hungry. 🙂 If your body is hungry eat.

      If it’s on your plan and you’re physically hungry, have a snack. If not, you don’t need a snack.
