Creating a Weekly Plan

Here's your one stop resource for weekly planning…Queen Style!

These resources will teach you how I do my own weekly planning and why I think it's important for you to do the same.

Planning is what makes your life easier especially if you want to LOSE weight.

Most of us are overweight because we do a butt-ton of spontaneous eating, too-tired-to-cook eating, and more.

Now, I know not everyone is ready to plan, prep, and eat like a champ all week. This is why I teach in these resources the different levels of planning. You have a video and links to podcasts that will help.

Podcasts:

How to Stick To Your Food Plan

The 24 Hour Planning Rule to Get Back on Track

How Meal Planning Makes Life Easier

These podcasts can be found at Losing 100 Pounds with Phit-N-Phat (www.phit.click/podcast).

what a breathe of fresh air!
I am addicted to the podcasts and have signed up for free course.
I will be joining like a boss in 2021.
I am all about the mental side because I don’t think I have thought about my brain enough.
I have had weight loss surgery, lost and starting to gain again, because I haven’t learned to love myself or use my whys properly!
the podcasts alone are game changing, I know no BS is for me
I know I’m amazing. I just need to believe it fully.
    BRING IT ON.

Thank you Corinne for saying what needs to be said with such passion, emotion and love .

What is the cost of signing up and for the monthly membership? Also what is included when you sign up… I have heard mention of a planner and things like that is that included when you sign up or is that something you can purchase later.

The planner can be downloaded for free by members or a spiral bound hardcopy can be purchased.

I would like to join the June group. Can I go ahead and register now?

I started listening to you beginning of January, only by chance. Was surfing the pod casts on Iheart radio, and I found you. I’m only in my first month and so far have don’t all the ‘F’ it’s, ass grabbing, and everything else. Can’t wait to be part of the Tribe. You and Kathy are absolutely an inspiration to me. I have an hour to drive to work everyday, and am a nurse on top of that (loved your teachers, nurses, and doctors pod cast). Haven’t gained anymore, but haven’t lost any. Joined the YMCA. Been going about 3x/week. I guess I’m just trying to figure it out now. Time to get my game on. Love ya all. #groupie.

Hey! This podcast has been life changing. Thank you so much. Can you direct me to a podcast that discusses various ways to level up, please? Thank you again for all you do.

Hi, I’m trying to get the free planner, but after I enter my e-mail address and click on “get started,” nothing happens.

On the planner page, what does MB mean by exercise? It’s probably something obvious, but I’m stumped 🤔

In an earlier podcast you talked about four goals on a quadrant you use. What I will do today, in one month, in one year, or something like that. Can you tell me that again? I was walking at the time and couldn’t write it down. Thank you! You are inspiring me and I have enjoyed the last four walks with you!

    • Corinne Crabtree on February 28, 2018 at 6:05 PM

The first circle at the top left – life time goal
      Top right – year goal
      Bottom left – one month
Bottom right – what can I do today to get my one month goal.

You can do this with the top left being one year, one month, one week, one day, too.

This is terrific! Thank you so much!

Thank you for the planner. I want you to know that one day this week you sent something out that said to basically unsubscribe to your junk emails. I have been doing it all week. I think your advice is great. In the past I lost 60lbs and 80lbs and when I did it, it was exactly because I made a plan and stuck with it. I will be a tribe member one day. I am starting with baby steps with cleaning up my stuff in all areas of my life with the help of all your posting, Podcasts, and e-mails. I am also letting folks know to check you out. Thanks for sharing your story and advice!

Hi- the link for the planner does not seem to work.

    • Corinne Crabtree on January 2, 2018 at 9:38 PM

Once you click on the planner link it should ask for email and then take you right to the page.

    • Allison Macleod on January 11, 2018 at 12:01 AM
