    Every time I start to feel down I listen to one of your videos and get such a laugh we can’t help but feel good. Truth that is unvarnished is invaluable.

    I’ve been listening to your videos since February. I was going to join your group in April but unfortunately the coronavirus caused some family issues that required my funds.

    I am happy to report that just from listening to your free videos and podcasts I have already lost 14 pounds. The 14 pounds I have lost his sense I have been home during this coronavirus drama (about 6 weeks).

    Getting control of my mental muscle and figuring out why I was over eating was so profound. every podcast has a little golden nugget that helps me on my way. Thank you for your hard work! It makes it easier to do mine.
