To get my head right before a full day I meditate.
I meditate to prepare my brain to focus. Focus on my health, work, family, and mental peace.
My brain can be like a circus so 10 min. of practicing how to reign in the crazy is worth it!
I don’t get all zen. I meditate to learn how to gain the ability to notice when my brain goes wild.
I know when I am distracted and meditation has taught me how to come back to the plan.
I don’t naturally get shit done. I plan things and work on getting it done. It requires work! But it’s worth it.
