Hunger Myths that HOSE Weightloss [VIDEO]

There are 3 crazy things most women believe about hunger that STOP weightloss.

For example, people tell me they overate because they missed a meal. Their stomach “had more room.”

WTF?

You ain't got a “magic stomach” that somehow gets extra room if you miss a meal.
