Changing everything at once never works. It throws you right into overwhelm and burnout.
I take you back to the basics in the new year and tell you how to refocus on those four areas that are the KEYS to losing weight: sleep, water, journaling, and paying attention to hunger.
Nothing about what you did or ate during the holidays is insurmountable after the first of the year.
Getting back to basics is key.
