Around Christmas, a lot of people go straight into overwhelm! Today we talk about how to see it coming and avoid those thoughts that stop us dead in our tracks.

We tackle perfectionism around the holidays and how to handle those thoughts about finding just the right gift and fixing just the right meal.

The big difference is whether or not you’re creating your own feelings of self-worth.

Are you creating a holiday experience for yourself or are you creating it for others?
