One of the biggest problems with losing weight is this:

You want it to be easy.

Most of us don’t want losing weight to feel hard. We want to know what to do and then it all just be easy.

This is not going to happen. The people who lose weight learn how to manage the times it feels like ass.

The reason losing weight is harder than it has to be is the desire for it to be easy. The only way to lose weight is to learn how to deal with the times it’s going to take you being uncomforatble.
