Here’s some of the most requested questions I get.

Do they sound familiar? I bet they do.

How do you stay focused on your goal when you lose a good bit of your weight? I tend to do great for a bit and then stall out or quit on myself.

I get so jealous of other people losing weight. How do you keep from getting upset and stay in your own lane?

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned losing 100lbs.?

I’m so overweight it’s hard to imagine myself thin, let alone, ask my “future self” to help a girl out. How do you talk to her without getting overwhelmed and worried you can’t lose weight?

You know my theory.

We all know how to eat and such to lose weight. If you aren’t overeating you’d lose weight.

The problem always comes from stuff like this.

I get overconfident and stall out.

I get upset when I’m not losing fast enough and eat like an asshole.

I get scared I can’t do it and do nothing.
