Do you ever look in the mirror and sigh?

Do you focus on what’s wrong, sagging, wrinkly, or too big?

Do you have little to no opinion? You might not go HAM on your body but do you praise it, love it, and think about what it does for you?

I’m here to tell you it’s normal if you are hard on your body.

You don’t need to feel broken or bad because you think bullshit when you see yourself in all your glory.

You also don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle of body shame either.

In today’s podcast, I will explain why you body bash, dread looking at your body, or ignore the mirror altogether.

I’ll share why losing weight doesn’t solve the habit of body shaming.

I also talk about what I still think about my body even after losing 100lbs.

You’ll hear my own process for looking in the mirror and seeing loose skin, scars, wrinkles, and all the imperfections.

Enjoy and leave me comments on my social media what you learn and what questions you want answered.
