I’ve had a goal to run a sub-30 minute 5K for years.

It’s been a dream of mine to run like a cheetah as if it sees its prey and effortlessly darts across the savannah.

Reality? I’m a turtle crossing the street praying my shell is hard enough to survive a car.

After months, and I mean months, of running in the rain, when it was WAY colder than I like, and then hot as balls…I showed up like a boss trying to get my goal.
