What can you do today, right now, to make a difference in your weight?

There are so many things you can do if you quit trying to find out why you are stuck. Screw that. Figure out how to do more!

Just do something. Don’t allow perfectionism or feeling bad about yourself to make you postpone the life you want.

See, if you don’t like your weight it’s because deep down you know you can lose weight. The only problem is you aren’t doing the little things to get there.
