Stop Punishing Yourself Thin [VIDEO]

I know why I was able to lose 100lbs. and keep it off.

I explain it all in this video.

For the first time ever in my life, I made one simple decision. I was going to figure things out because I wanted more for my future.

All my past diets I would think about how I hated my life and hope that if I lost weight I would be happy.

That’s the fatal flaw in my thinking that kept me stuck.

Do you do that?

You see, I decided I wanted to figure out how to like what I did for myself. I kept my changes small, focused on talking a little better to myself, and along the way got happier and happier.

What I was DOING for myself made me happy. What I was thinking about made me happy.

I realized the reason I would be happy at 150lbs was because I liked the person I decided to become along the way.

What most of us do is diet in ways that treat ourselves poorly. We punish ourselves with food we don’t like, criticize everything we do, and worry about how long it will take.

No wonder we worry! We are living in the hell we create and we are desperate to get out.

One of the things I’m good at is helping you change your life and like yourself. You don’t have to not like the version you are now. You can love yourself enough to treat yourself to healthier choices.

It’s time you understand the difference between hating yourself thin and loving yourself thin.
