Hey Corinne – I first found a link to one of your vlog’s on the Australian Weight Watchers connect pages of all places! I’ve gone all the way back to 2017 and started listening to your podcasts in order…particularly while I’m either food prepping or walking with my dog and 10 month old daughter. I look like a weirdo half the time while I’m walking nodding to myself agreeing with what you’re saying. I’ve downloaded the free course and I’ve started journaling while I’m in bed every night and pretracking (I’m still doing weight watchers cos I’ve paid for the membership) what my food is going to be for the next 24 hours. I’ve also downloaded the You Ate app and it’s really brought home how frequently you can mindlessly eat. I do the keep start stop every night in my journal and I even joined in your Zoom Food Planning event the other week. I just want to say thank you so much. As a new mother your story resonates with me so much and even though I’m on the other side of the world in Melbourne Australia you’re changing lives here too! You and Cathy are awesome! Xx
I think I’m part of the membership but I can’t find anything that I am. I enjoy listening to you pod cast on my walks. I’m 53 years old and I’m having hormone issues with weight loss. Do you talk about this or have a session about this.
