Monday Motivation: Do You Wake Up Overwhelmed?

If you are like me, there are just days you wake up feeling overwhelmed the moment you hit the floor.

I learned a long time ago that starting my day with a crappy attitude needed my attention; not my pity party.

You must take emotional ownership of yourself.

No one else is going to do it for you. And you don’t want them to! You want to know that no matter what, YOU have your back.

Know this one thing:

On the days you don’t feel like a go-getter, ask yourself one simple question in the morning: What is one decision I can make right now?

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be a decision. And then you do it without worry it’s wrong or judging. You allow yourself to make it the best decision through doing it.

This allows me to find a small win immediately. That usually is enough to get me going and asking the question again.

Ready to lose weight for the last damn time?
