I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how to simplify my life.
When things are simplified, I can focus on what’s really important. My family, my health, and helping as many women to lose weight and feel great, the way I do.
I’ve streamlined a lot of things already.
I hired a trainer to just give me a workout plan and I do it, simple.
My sister in law does my food prep each week. It’s delivered to my house and I don’t have to think about it.
But there’s always room for improvement, right?
Now I’m putting my brain to work on what else I can simplify; my wardrobe, for example!
I want to open my closet and see ONLY the clothes that I LOVE.
The less time I spend picking out outfits and searching through my closet, the more time I have to give to what’s most important.
Time to simplify!
Speaking of simplifying, this brings me to the Back2Basics Challenge coming up.
The challenge focuses on the BASICS we teach here at PNP.
We’ve simplified weight loss to four basics: water, sleep, making a plan 24 hours in advance, and eating when you are hungry/stopping when you are satisfied.
Pretty simple, huh?
Your brain might go crazy thinking it can’t be that simple. It thinks that weight loss has to be complicated to work. Nope.
Me and HUNDREDS of my tribe members have lost weight by simplifying our weight loss down to these four basics. And you can do it too!
Here’s a recent Facebook Live where I talk about how the little thingswe do to lose weight can add up to BIG changes:

What can you do TODAY to simplify your life so that you can focus on what’s really important?
I am about a month into your free course and podcast and so far great! I love everything I have seen you wear in your fb live episodes and I am wondering if you have a strapless bra you recommend? Many of your lovely blouses are strapless and shoulder less. I have been searching for years with no luck….
Love your podcast! Finally something that resonates with me. I am having trouble downloading the free course??
