If you are like me you wake up there are just days you wake up feeling overwhelmed the moment you hit the floor.

I learned a long time ago that starting my day with a crappy attitude needed my attention; not my pity party.

You must take emotional ownership of yourself.

No one else is going to do it for you. And you don’t want them to! You want to know that no matter what YOU have your back.

Know this one thing:

On the days you don’t feel like a go-getter ask yourself one simple question in the morning:How can I go to bed proud tonight?

I ask it often. It allows me to find the small things in my day that I can say no matter what I DID decide to show up for me.
