I’ve been sick the last week.
I rarely get sick so when I do I’m like what the hell happened? LOL
My son had the crud and a tummy bug the last three weeks so I’m actually pleased the worst I got was sinus!
But it still stinks. I love working out but I know when you are sick you must walk a fine line between exercising and allowing yourself to just be sick LONGER.
