Hello everybody, welcome back. So in this episode, we are going to be teaching you about how to stop giving the diet industry all of your money. This is such an appropriate episode for this time of year. Here we are in 2022. Everybody’s infamously starting the diet because it’s the first of the year, which I don’t think there’s any problem with. So the first way to get your money’s worth is to do some easy shit first. I would say that’s tip number one. But before we get into some help, this is some of the stuff that I want to help you with; I want you to understand some of the things that we already spend our money on. And I just want to kind of go through each thing and talk about pros and cons of each one, and how to think about each one if you’re going to do them.
Corinne:
Number one is books. I think diet books are great. I read lots of books myself. I tend to be a big time studier of books. So if you’re going to buy a diet book, number one, I would just make sure that whatever book you buy is going to teach you something that you actually think you would want to do. So if you’re going to go buy a book that’s called Eat Saw Dust and Drink Apple Cider Vinegar Three Times a Day and Lose Weight, and you immediately retch in your mouth when you think about it, don’t buy the book. Sometimes what we do is we don’t even use our own fucking common sense. We look at a book and we skim through and it’s telling us to do all this shit that we’re like, “Oh my God, I could never see myself doing it. But man if I would lose weight, I’m going to do that.” So number one, when it comes to a book, just make sure it aligns with who you want to be. Number one.
Corinne:
But here’s the way that Corinne gets her money’s worth out of any book that she reads. When I read a book, I promise myself that I’ll finish it unless it sucks. I don’t just half-ass read books. I read them. I underline things. I take notes. And every time I read a book, I always pull out at least one thing and I put it into action. I’m finishing up Chris’s book that he assigned me today, and it’s the next on my list.
Corinne:
… which is a dry fucking read and it has nothing to do with self-development.
Kathy:
And I will tell you, it was tough about halfway through. I was like, “Oh goodness.”
Corinne:
But it was required reading for Kathy because of the project that we’re working on.
Kathy:
It was required, right.
Corinne:
But I will just tell you, Kathy, that’s one of those books I got halfway through and I looked at him and I said, “How important is it for me to finish it if Kathy’s reading it?” And a lot of people on our team were reading it. He was like, “Well, they’re all reading. It’s all right if you quit.” And I’m like, “Good, because,” I’m like, “I got other books that I will take action on.”
Kathy:
It’s chock-full of amazing information, but it’s pretty dry. But I wanted to tell you a story about books with Kathy. So back in the day before I met you, I bought… Do you remember Susan Powter?
Corinne:
Mm-hmm (affirmative).
Kathy:
So I bought her book. I bought-
Corinne:

Kathy:
Yes. What was Oprah’s chef’s name, the dude? I can’t remember his name, but you know who I’m talking about.
Corinne:
I know his face. Bob Green?
Kathy:
Well, he had a book.
Corinne:
Was it Bob Green?
Kathy:
Bob Green, yeah. I bought his book. Here’s what I want to tell you all who are listening to this podcast, buy books if you are convinced you’re going to read them. I was a diet book collector. “Oh my gosh, it’s Susan Powter, she’s got a book. I should read this.” I’d buy the book. I’d put it right there next to me on the couch and I would never crack it.
Corinne:
Did you ever just put your hand on it and be like, “All right, I’m going to lose weight. I’m close to the book now.”
Kathy:
No, I never even got that far.
Corinne:
I think some of us think it’s just like, “Here I am.” A lot of you who listen to the podcast do this. “Well, I’m listening to your podcast. I don’t know why I’m not losing weight.” It’s like, “I don’t care if you listen. Tell me in the last few days what you did from the podcast.” That’ll tell me something. That’s the same mentality with books.
Kathy:
But you have to listen in order to figure out something to do. You have to read in order to figure out something to do.
Corinne:
Kathy was like [crosstalk 00:09:12].
Kathy:
“So I’m just going to be a collector and I bet I’ll lose weight.” So don’t spend your $15 on a book that you have absolutely no intention of reading. Be honest with yourself. That’s Kathy’s tidbit for the day.
Corinne:
Well, this is one of the deals that I make with myself; I’m not allowed to buy new books until I’ve read the ones I’ve already bought. Like sometimes I will buy three or four books at a time ,so that I’m like, “All right, these are the next things I want to read, or I don’t want to forget that I want to read this or I need to read this one.” But then I’ll come to a point where I’ll have like a couple at home. I’ll have like two on the Kindle and I’ll have something on audible. And then I’m like, “All right, that’s the stop point. You can’t buy anything else. You can make a list of things if you want, but you can’t buy anything else. We need to get through the material and you have to implement.” That’s one of the things that I do.
Corinne:
When it comes to books, Kathy will tell you, I am the kind of person who, if I read something, I will implement something. I will do something they say. The reason why I like The Gap and The Gain is that not only is it a great mindset book that I think is so on point for people who want to lose weight, because it talks about our shitter ass mindset. He calls it the gap, I call it the shitter. Well, it is the shitter. We take a dump on our current success and our current self all the time. Basically the short version is that most of us are sitting around each day and we’ve got an idealized version of us, and then we have the past version of us. And that past version can be a year ago, a week ago, a day ago. Where we’re at today, most of us sit around and think like, “Oh, today I followed my plan, but I have so far to go.” “Oh, today I followed my plan, that’s great. But I probably should have put more vegetables on it.”
Corinne:
So what we do is we’re always comparing ourselves to this perfect perfectionistic fantasy. If you want to hear a good podcast on this is of the same stuff, Kara Loewentheil of the Unfuck Your Brain podcast, she’s got a podcast about perfectionistic fantasies and why we do this. But that’s what most of us do every day. We take a shit on ourselves because we don’t really allow ourselves to think about how far we’ve come, what we’re doing better, what we’ve learned, how we’re different. We’re always thinking about this future idealized version, and we never measure up. We’re never good enough today compared to that person.
Corinne:
So it’s a great book. I think it’s one that I highly would recommend, but it’s also one of those things where I’ve been reading it, been teaching. It had lots of journal entries. Guess who was sitting there doing the journal entries and stuff. Because I just believe if you’re going to read things, be willing to implement what you’re reading. And the faster you implement something, the more likely it is to cement with you. So when you’re picking, if you want to get your money’s worth, pick books that make sense for you, that sound like something that will help you. If it’s a diet-
Kathy:
… that you’re actually going to read.
Corinne:
… that you’re actually going to read. If it’s a diet book and you’ve got 10 at home, don’t think one more is going to make a difference. Just because it’s the latest and greatest and your best friend said it was really good, if you have a history of not reading it, just tell yourself, “I will read one of the other 10 books that that same friend has read and told me was the latest and greatest. She still seems to be struggling with her weight.” Like, just be mindful. We also spend a lot of money on just new diets, like starting and stopping new diets all the time. My best advice on this one is just make sure before you start a new one, that it really does sound like something that will align with you. It’s the same mentality as around books.
Corinne:
I watch people sign up for diets all the time and they don’t consider if it fits their lifestyle, if they actually want to be doing it, does it sound like something they would love to even grow into, or is it just going to be like an end to a means, or a means to an end? And so thinking about that, before you join one, and really do your due diligence, make sure that it has the components that you need. Like one of the things I tell people before they join No BS, I’m like, “Think about it. Do you want to change your mindset? Are you somebody who would like to actually learn how to think better about yourself? Because I’m going to tell you the four basics and then we are going to double down on figuring out your self-concept, respect, self-love, your self regard and your self-esteem. Because if you don’t have those things, it’s really hard to lose weight.”
Corinne:
So much of what we teach is all about like, how do you not beat yourself up after a mistake? Because I know every woman is going to make a mistake in weight loss. How do you not beat yourself up and get scared as fuck when the scale doesn’t move? So, much of what we teach is about how do you deal with life; common, weight loss, light. And we have a strong thriving community. It’s another important aspect. One of the things is like, you don’t have to be in an accountability group, but we offer you accountability groups. If you want a partner, we’ll place you with someone. You want a small group, we will place you with a small group and teach you how to talk to each other, and teach you what to talk about to each other, to keep yourselves on track and to keep yourselves motivated.
Corinne:
If you love a Facebook group, we have a great Facebook group. You don’t have to be in it, but if you want it, we have it. Because I just believe that most women feel so lonely when it comes to weight loss. We feel like nobody gets it. No one understands. “I’m the broken one.” And we carry around shame and we carry around judgment and we carry around loneliness. And one of the things is I was very fortunate to be able to lose my weight without a strong community. I had at least my husband who wouldn’t get in my way. He didn’t change how I ate or anything, but he never dissuaded me. if I wanted to cook different, he was like, “You can make whatever you want for you. It’s not going to bother me. I’m going to eat this.” He never made it a big deal. So those things, I was very fortunate in.
Corinne:
I remember once when I wanted to learn how to ride a bike; I wanted to do a triathlon after I got started. I hadn’t rode a bike since I was nine. I didn’t know dick about bike riding. And the only time that I could go and practice riding was on Saturdays with this little group that met in Hermitage, Tennessee. And this group would wait on me at all the stops because I was always lagging behind, because I stunk as a bike rider. I was terrified, I wouldn’t go fast, all kinds of stuff. But it was always on Saturdays. It was like one of Chris’s only days off. And he was going to be at home with our kid for half a day, on his day off when he would love to sleep in. We met at 7:00 AM. He’s like, “You go do that. I’ll watch Logan.”
Corinne:
He never would exercise with me, and still won’t exercise with me. But he didn’t get in my way either. And for me, one of the things, when I looked back on my own weight loss journey I wanted so bad, was a community. And I had snippets of community, but I never felt like anybody really understood me. And so when I built No BS, I knew that that was going to be something that I wanted for every woman. I wanted her to know, “There are people like you who understand you and who want to help you.”
Corinne:
I think one of the other things that we waste money on that a lot of you do is you buy a lot of fitness equipment. I do not mind if you want to exercise. I love exercise myself. But before you spend money on exercise equipment, just get into the habit of walking around your house first. Buying a treadmill isn’t going to make you wake up in the morning. Before you buy the treadmill, why don’t you spend 30 or 45 days waking up at the time you would work out, and get up and at least journal? Read that diet book that you haven’t ever tracked open. But do something where you notice like, “Okay, I’ve built the habit of waking up because this is the time when I’m going to be exercising.” If you think you’re going to exercise at night, then guess what, during that time you would be exercising, take that 20 minutes that you are going to spend on that treadmill, practice carving that time out now ahead of time.
Corinne:
We just need to think about, the best way to get our money’s worth out of programs is to come up with strategies that we are going to do, thinking that’s going to compel us to do it, thinking that’s going to motivate us to do it. And I think that that’s one of the things that I notice. And then the rest of us, I’m going to tell you, stop spending money on crazy ass supplements and medications. I’m just going to tell all of you right now, and I’ve said this a thousand times in this podcast, if a pill is going to work, just think about it. That mother fucker will blow up bigger than Bitcoin. We will all have it. It won’t be a secret. You won’t have to ask anybody. The day a diet pill comes on the industry that actually works, Oprah will buy it and sell it. we do not need to worry that there is something out there that we ain’t tried yet that actually works, that makes all of this easier.
Corinne:
Because here’s the thing about pills, it’s just like weight loss surgery. And honestly, I don’t have anything against weight loss surgery. I have some amazing dear No BS women who have joined my program, they come in to get their mind right before they have weight loss surgery. If you’re going to have weight loss surgery, that is the way to do it. Weight surgery in and of itself doesn’t fix someone who hates themselves. Someone that has never been taught to be kind to herself, someone who feels very guilty anytime she takes a minute to do anything for herself, weight loss surgery and losing weight won’t ever fix any of that stuff, ever. And that’s why people join No BS. But it’s the same thing with pills and stuff.
Corinne:
Stop seeking these solutions until you work on your mindset. If you’re not willing to work on your mindset, I promise you, none of that will work long term. I just have too many members who join No BS. I love it when somebody wants to take a pill. They’ll post like, “Well, my doctor wants me to take this pill.” They’ll post. Hundreds of comments later, you’ve got people saying, “Yeah, I tried that. It worked temporarily, but I gained it all back, because I didn’t really change my mindset. I just went back to stress eating the moment I came off the pills.” Same thing happens with weight loss surgery. It’s like, “Yeah, it worked. I lost like 150 pounds, but I’ve regained 75, because something happened in my life, and I never really learned how to deal with stress, and I never had learned how to deal with anxiety or anything, and I ended up figuring out how to eat to calm myself down even with weight loss surgery.”
Corinne:
[Crosstalk 00:22:09] I guess we have to learn, and I can teach you this, how to calm yourself down with your brain, by identifying were you what if in yourself to death. We have so many podcasts that will help you with this. Our last podcast episode before this one was about what if I fail. [Inaudible 00:22:28] I gave you thousands of examples of what if. We have two podcasts on worry: Worry Bucket and Worry 2.0. Of those of us who worry, just because you lose weight, doesn’t mean you turn off worry. You’ll still worry about your kid. You’ll still worry about your love life. You’ll still worry about your money. You’ll still worry about your mama. You’ll still worry about your damn fur baby. Weight doesn’t solve that. You will have to solve that with your brain. So if you want to save money, stop buying into shit that’s not addressing the real problem.
Corinne:
And if you are going to buy shit, be honest with yourself. Does it align with my values? Am I actually going to do it? Figure out like how to get it on your schedule now before you even buy the equipment, the videos, whatever it is. Show yourself like, “Yap, all right. The treadmill isn’t going to motivate me to get out of bed. The only thing that’s going to motivate me to get out of bed is my own thought of, it’s time to get up.” Speaking of this morning, I for fuck sure didn’t want to get up. First thing I thought was… And it’s a beautiful day here in Nashville; it’s December and it’s 72 degrees. And I’ve been telling myself all week long that today was going to be a beautiful day, and I had been saving all week long to go walking today. Because this time of the year, I don’t get to take long walks. And all I wanted to do was just for my wall. Well, here it is, beautiful day.
Corinne:
Everything that could motivate me was in my favor. First thought in the morning, “Fuck this. Let’s just go back to sleep.” And I told myself, “No, keep moving. Just keep moving. You need to keep moving. You said you were going to get up.” Beautiful days, treadmills, weight loss surgery, pills, books, all the things, they don’t convince you to take action until you learn how to talk to yourself, to get you to do the things. What were you going to say, Kathy?
Kathy:
I was back on medication. I was thinking about the old Dexatrim, which one of those things I did back in the day to lose weight was buy a big pack of that stuff. And I was thinking about how, even appetite suppressants, if you haven’t learned how to eat when you’re hungry, they’re just not going to help because you’re going to eat anyway, regardless of what you’re taking. So I was just thinking about the effectiveness of some of the things that were sold on, like books and supplements and medications, and it’s just wrapping it around to where you did. You have to have the mindset going into it that, “This is how I show up, as I do these things, as I read this book, as I buy my treadmill,” whatever it is.
Corinne:
Well, the funny thing about appetite suppressants is most people are never eating because they’re actually hungry. Like if you go through and do an audit, like everybody just do an audit of all they’re eating in the last week, a lot of it was never because like, “Oh yeah, I heard my stomach grow,” or like, “I got my whispers of hunger.” It’s like, “No. I was at the vending machine buying a pack of Ho Hos because my boss didn’t tell me I did a good job in the meeting, and my feelings were hurt.” I don’t care if you took three packets of Dexatrim. If your reaction to being stressed, tired, needing to relax or whatever, is you only know to do it with food, it won’t matter what crack pill you’re sucking down because the crack pill won’t fix the emotion. Only changing your thinking will. And food just distracts you from it. And so we have to think about those things.
Kathy:
Yeah. That’s really all these things. The books, the diet centers, the supplements, the medications, the treadmills, all that. It’s really all that.
Corinne:
And this is the thing that people miss out on, is that if you really want to lose weight, we made a list of four things that we know, for sure, you’ve got to deal with. Whatever diet book you picked up or video you got or whatever, better teach you how not to beat yourself up when you overeat. Because almost every person will tell me the reason why they end up quitting a diet or they end up regaining weight is because at some point, they overeat. At some point, they go out to dinner and eat more than they think they should. Something that happens and they beat themselves up and then they feel really bad, and they start focusing on all of what’s broken with them. They dismiss all their successes that they’ve had. They immediately go to, “See, I knew it. All my old patterns are coming back. It only takes one time and I’m totally off track.”
Corinne:
We start all this scary ass language, and then we get worked up and anxious. Well, when you’re worked up and anxious, motivation can’t exist anymore. Willingness doesn’t exist anymore. And so, if you don’t learn how to stop those beat downs, then you’re going to have a problem in weight loss. The other thing that your program or your book or whatever needs to teach you, is you’ve got to learn how to actually figure out what success looks like. Most of us think success is perfection. And what I teach, and if you are a No BS woman, and we just wrapped our January 2nd workshop, Building The You of 2022, go back and listen to the replays. The entire course is there for you. I talk about this there. I talk about the difference between big successes and little successes, and the nuances and how to find those for you. So we go real deep into that in that workshop.
Corinne:
But we have to learn how to think about what we’re doing right before we go into thinking about what we need to do better, what we need to refine, what we need to tweak level up. Most of us are never doing that. We’re so focused on always thinking, “We got to improve. It’s got to be different.” If you don’t let success land, you’ll never let it land when you reach your goal weight. It won’t be good enough either. You’ll switch worrying about all this like, “I need to do better,” to getting to your maintenance and being like, “I hope I stay here.” It will be a frantic energy.
Corinne:
The other thing is whatever program you’re doing has to help you deal with urges for your fuck it foods. Just because you start a new program doesn’t mean that you’re going to go to Kroger and they’re going to be like, “Oh my God, Corinne’s coming. Clear out the donuts, the cakes and everything. Only have vegetables and proteins.” The world is not going to be like, “Let’s remove all of her favorite foods when we see her coming.” You have to have a program that helps you address your thoughts around it: your urges, your salivating ass mouth, you wanting to eat it when it’s sitting at the restaurant on the table because your bitch ass girlfriend insisted on ordering it, even though you’re trying to lose weight. If your program’s not addressing that, you’re going to have problems. You have to know what to do in those moments, other than to sit there and just willpower yourself to death going like, “You can’t eat that or you’ll gain weight,” and basically having that inner fight with yourself.
Corinne:
Fighting is exhausting. That’s why most of us don’t want to do it on a regular basis. But what we do in weight loss is we don’t ever learn how to not fight with ourselves over food, and that has to stop. And the last one is, it’s got to be addressing your beliefs about weight loss in and of itself. The process of weight loss is hard when you keep thinking how hard it is for you. You will notice everything that’s tempting. You will over index. Every time that you want something, you’ll think about how terrible it is that you want that. “See, this is why it’s so hard for me.” We have to normalize a lot of your thinking. And then when we normalize it, hear it, then we know how to help you change it. So that’s important.
Corinne:
So if there was three things I’m going to leave you with on how to get your money’s worth, here’s the three things I would tell you. Number one, learn how to celebrate your progress. Otherwise, you’re going to quit doing things. So if you want your money’s worth out of a program, stop telling yourself the whole time you’re in it, that what you’re doing is not good enough, it’s not happening fast enough. Learn how to tell yourself what you’re doing right, and build upon it. The second thing that I would do is before you start any other program, before you do anything else is just say like, “If I’m not willing to go all in and commit for 90 days, that’s a red flag. I need to check in. Is it a red flag because I’m picking some batshit crazy diet that I couldn’t see myself doing at 75, 85?” Because I’m going to tell you right now, I know women in their 70s, they still want to lose weight.
Corinne:
So if you can’t see yourself doing it for the long haul, what makes you think you’re going to want to do it for six months? So, that’s red flag number one. The second red flag’s a little different. A lot of us don’t see ourselves committing for 90 days. Like a lot of people will look at my program. They’ll be like, “Corinne, all this makes sense. This does seem very simple. Is this really all it takes?” I’m like, “Yeah. Seriously, if you just do these things, it literally is all it takes.” But their red flag is all about, “How many times I’ve failed. What’s wrong with me,” and it’s full of self-loathing. That doesn’t mean this isn’t the right program. That means whatever program you’re fixing to pick, better be addressing your self-loathing. It needs to help you clean up your self-concept while you’re losing weight, because losing weight will never clean up a self-concept. It can’t.
Corinne:
And then the last thing is, whatever system that you use to lose weight, you want to make sure that it has, I call them the bumpers; like at a bowling alley, when you watch a kid at a bowling alley, and they throw that ball down, and that ball goes zigzag all the way until it hits the pins.
Kathy:
It’s the gutter guards.
Corinne:
Yeah, it’s [crosstalk 00:33:31] hit the gutter.
Kathy:
Yeah.
Corinne:
Well, you want to do the same thing with your weight loss program. You want to have gutter guards, which means that you want to have a way for you to zigzag your way down the lane, all the way to your goal, where you have protection built in; which means, to me, does it have accountability built in, does it have people you can reach out to and ask questions? Are you creating a system of support around you where people will check in on you and you can tell them your progress, where you can ask the questions? That’s your gutter guards in weight loss. How you make sure you get your money’s worth out of a program is to make sure you have those things in place.
Kathy:
Yeah. Marie Forleo, the right people around you, she calls that your fraud squad in the book, Everything Is Figureoutable.
Corinne:
Another favorite of the No BS women, Marie Forleo, if you’re Listening.
Kathy:
That’s right. But your fraud squad is that group of people that comes in and swoops in behind you and says, “Quit thinking that crap. Come on, let’s do this thing. Let’s look at what successes you did have.” Those are your people that help you pull yourself out of whatever drama you’re in.
Corinne:
Well, it’s nice because it’s like, what you want… And this is what’s so beautiful about No BS, is we train everybody how to be an amazing accountability partner to themselves and to their group; the person they’re going to be assigned or whatever. And if you don’t want to partner, you do not have to have one, but it’s available to you. We have you just sign up and then matchmaker Heidi puts you together with everyone. But the thing about it is you want to have people who call you on your bullshit. I want like if I’m acting a fool with my food, the last thing I want is Chris to just be sitting back passively watching me. Like no, I want you to say like, “Hey, you’re eating like an asshole lately. That’s different. Anything going on?”
Corinne:
You want to have people that will say, “You look like you’re acting out of character, based on what I know you want for yourself, your dreams and your goals. And how can I help you?” Or, “Is there someone that you need to reach out to,” especially when it comes to our partners. Chris is never going to be able to help Corinne with food drama. He doesn’t have any. The best help he can say is like, “I thought you said you weren’t ordering that.” That’s his way of being my fraud squad. That’s not him being an asshole. That’s not him judging me. That’s him noticing when I’m doing something that previous me has said, “I don’t want this for me anymore. I’m going after my dreams,” whatever it is. So it’s my job not to get pissed at that. It’s my job to pay attention when they say that and be like, “Oh, I did say that.” And if I’m going to eat it, I’m going to take responsibility for it.
Corinne:
Here’s what I’m not going to do, act like a fucking titty baby and yell at you for noticing that I’m acting out of character. That’s bullshit. That don’t get you anywhere. But you want people like that in your life. So if you want to get your money’s worth out of a program, tell people who love you like, “I need you to let me know if you see me doing things that I say I’m not going to do. And then it’s on me to correct.” And if they’re the kind of people that can ask you good questions, like if you’re in No BS, our No BS women will be able to say like, “Hey, we haven’t heard from you in a day. You said you were going to give us your plan every single day. Where are you? What can we do? How can we make it easier for you to get on track with your plan?”
Corinne:
But a lot of us have people in our real life that are desperately trying to help us in their unique way, and we’re shooting them down because we’re ashamed, or we don’t like how we’re showing up. And instead of just saying like, “You’re right. I said I wasn’t going to order these French fries. I’m going to work on that.” Like either don’t order the fries and let it go, or just say, “You know what, you’re totally right. I’m going to order these fries. But I bet you, I’m going to sit and I’m going to think about it. And I appreciate that you pointed it out. I’m just not ready to not order the fries today.” Such an adult way to look at things. Like if you’re going to get your money’s worth out of the program, you need a program that teaches you this stuff.
Corinne:
This is the problem with most diets. They’re just giving you, “Drink your water and do these things.” They give you a lot of things to do. And they give you some watered down help on thinking a little better. Well just say, “I have been a member of a couple of well known weight loss programs for two months now. Just seeing like, all right they keep saying they’re talking about mindset. They keep saying that you have access to coaches now. What is that like?” It’s disappointing. It’s giving programs like my program a bad name. It’s not deep work. It’s not the real shit women are going through. It’s made for the masses and their coaches are bots. They’re given automated responses. You will never get that in my program. I’m just going to tell you right now. I don’t give a fuck how big we get. Mark my word. Kathy Hartman, mark it.
Kathy:
Writing it down right now.
Corinne:
You will always have humans to talk to, and we will always get it. And I won’t be hiring people who don’t understand you.
Kathy:
Well one of the core values of this business that you have created is lush customer service. A bot is not lush. A bot is robotic.
Corinne:
But not when you’re in the doder. I don’t care if a bot tells me where to go on a website to find a worksheet. But when I feel terrible, and I’m face down eating something, give me some bumpers. Give me those guardrails where I can reach out to people like me.
Kathy:
We’ll be your fraud squad.
Corinne:
We’ll be the fraud squad for sure.
Kathy:
That’s right. We’re good at it.
Corinne:
