I was thinking about my favorite podcasts. Each week I listen to them FIRST thing.
It’s like a treat and I look forward to it.
I listen with INTENTION.
What does that mean? I listen and decide WHERE CAN I APPLY THIS IS IN MY LIFE?
Girl, I hope you are loving my podcast and every Friday and Saturday you are like, “Give me my Corinne time!”
BUT, I want you to do more than love the podcast.
Just listening to me preach at Kathy each week isn’t going to cut it if you want to lose your weight.
You need to figure out how to put what I teach into action.
How are you applying what I say in your life is the REAL QUESTION?
My PNPTribe members get my systems which makes losing weight simpler to do, but that doesn’t mean you can’t come up with your own ways to use what I teach you.
Listening to the podcast is amazing, and I’m glad you do. Actually DOING what I talk about is what gets the weight off.
So listen up.
This week Kathy and I talk about what you need to do with the podcast so you can lose weight.
Don’t miss Episode 101.

Corinne,
I just want to thank you for creating the most amazing, supportive community of women I have ever seen. I have been a member of the Facebook group since August 2018, and I listen to your podcasts. I also listen to Brooke Castillo’s Life Coach School podcast. Both have been instrumental in helping me recognize and restructure my negative thinking.
But what you have created with the Facebook group, and from what I hear, the Tribe, is beyond amazing. I have seen women post about going through all kinds of life issues–job loss, health conditions, divorce, death of loved ones–and within an hour, multiple PNP sisters reach out with prayers, tears, and compassion.
Every day I see women reaching out to other women to say, “What you are going through sucks beyond words. But you are strong. You can choose how you will show up each day. And girl, you are not alone.”
I know you hear this all the time, Corinne, but thank you for giving us the gift of community. We were all out here all along, but you connected us and gave us a space to hear each other’s voices.
With gratitude and love,
Alyson Honeycutt
