I remember being 250lbs. and it was hard. I assure you that I didn’t need any more crap piled on my journey. And, by crap I mean getting my own stinking thinking about how long it was going to take and how far I had to go.
I remember telling myself that I refused to think about anything other than, “What I am doing today that’s better than yesterday?”
