I get so many requests to talk about loose skin.
I’ve had multiple surgeries that started after about two years into maintenance.
What I’ve had done:
- Two boob jobs with a lift the first time.
- Two full body lifts.
- Thighs.
- Full tummy tuck.
- Eye lid surgery – yes even my damn eye had loose skin jacking my vision when my sinuses acted up!
I decided it’s time to get real about it here on the podcast.
Losing a lot of weight will undoubtedly result in some loose skin. I have some even after all that!
I’ve taken care of some of it with surgery and I’ve left some behind.
But the most important thing I’ve done is work on accepting my body instead of kicking myself in the ass for being overweight most of my life.
