Today we answer questions from the PNPTribe about how to handle being the only one in the family that's dieting.
We talk about meal prepping when the rest of the family doesn't like “your food.”
We hit topics like eating out, vacations, and random trips to the ice cream parlor.
Then we wrap up with Corinne preaching about the downfalls to self-pity and entitlement thinking around making better food choices.
You get to choose how you're going to think about each situation.
Dieting isn't easy.
But you can choose to hang onto self-pity and woe-is-me thinking, or you can look for ways to make it easier. You might even ask yourself, “why am I making this so hard?” and see what answers you come up with!

Hi Corinne,
I’m a groupie living in Copenhagen, and I’m trying to learn how to plan and prep meals. I’m hoping you and your tribe can help me figure out how to prep meals for the week, for three when my european apartment refrigerator is about the size of a cooler. seriously, it’s like college dorm room size. We also do not have the pre-prepped food you can buy in american grocery stores here (there is no bagged salad)
any thoughts or creative solutions are welcome. thanks!
I think you would need to go to the store more often and possibly do SMALLER preps. The deal is you work with what you have. You probably have access to much fresher things than we do. We can get all the pre-packaged garbage we want. LOL.
