Really enjoy reading your articles, I have been very unfit and unmotivated for a long time but recently had a lifestyle change and want to improve my wellbeing, starting from my diet.. Losing weight is hard work and I hope this article can reach more and help more people, also thought I’d share a programmer recommended by my doctor that had worked for me, you have to fill out a simple quiz which is easy to do, I took the quiz, I had no idea that the planet’s healthiest, most slender and disease resistant women focused on “how” they ate and NOT “what they ate”…
