The owl was deemed the smart one, would lick it, get impatient and chomp down on that bastard.
My tribe members often ask me, “How long is it going to take to lose weight?”
I know what they are REALLY asking me.
They really want to know, “when will this shit get easy?”
Why?
Because most of the time, like you, they are afraid if it doesn’t get easy they will quit. They don’t want to do the hard part which is the slow grind of getting to the center of a tootsie pop.
My question back to them is always this…
Are you all-in to lose this weight or are you busy being conditional?
If you are all-in you don’t waste time wondering how long it will take. You spend your time focused on what you are doing TODAY.
